Processing Time

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • GoodTalk is not liable for any products lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



RETURN POLICY

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@goodtalk.xyz with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at orders@goodtalk.xyz


5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be covered by GoodTalk if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
